ambulante badekur?

hallo

da ich mittlerweile seit januar auf der suche nach einer, für mich, passenden kurklinik bin und irgendwie keine finde, überlege ich eine ambulante badekur zu machen.

hat das schon mal jemand getan? vorzugsweise im ausland?

Meine Tochter haben wir schon mal ambulant kuren lassen. Es gibt bestimmte Vorraussetzungen, damit die Kasse da unterstützt. So muss der Kurort ein Badeort sein, eine bestimmte Dauer ( bei uns hieß es 21 Tage, habe aber auch schon gelesen, dass es kürzer geht) und du musst halt dort auch ein Aufnahmegespräch führen, deine Termine wahr nehmen, Zwischengespräch und Abschlussgespräch. Die Unterkunft zahlst du selber und bekommst eine Zuschuss von der KK, du musst halt Urlaub dafür nehmen und deine Termine selbst koordinieren. Eine Kinderbetreuung o.ä. gibt es nicht, auch keine Gruppengespräche oder psychologische Betreuung ( soweit ich weiß).

Es kommt halt drauf an, was du therapiert haben möchtest. Für manche Indikationen kann ich mir eine ambulante Kur vorstellen ( orthopädisch oder Atemwege), andere Problemstellungen ( auch Stressbewältigung) finde ich ambulant nicht gut zu therapieren.
