Meine Kinder sind Halbwaisen und erhalten Waisenrente von der Rentenversicherung.
Krankenversichert sind sie privat.
Ist es möglich, bei der Deutschen Rentenversicherung für sie eine Reha zu beantragen?
Ich trau der RV grad nicht so ganz, sie habens nach knapp einem Jahr noch immer nicht geschafft, mir die aktuelle Witwenrente korrekt auszurechnen, und damals durch eine falsche Berechnung meiner Witwenrente ( viel höher als korrekt gewesen wäre) beigetragen, dass ich meine Kinder aus der gesetzlichen KV hab entlassen lassen.

Schau einfach mal auf die HP der RV! Hier der Link Da steht ziemlich genau wer Anspruch hat und wer nicht. Wenn ich es richtig verstehe, dann zählt der Bezug von Waisenrente nicht dazu....

Zahlst Du denn in die RV ein?? das wäre ja auch eine Anspruchsvorraussetzung....

Habe mich noch mal ein bißchen Schlau gemacht : der Bezug einer Waisenrente berechtigt wohl doch zur einer Reha.... Steht zwar nicht ausdrücklich auf den Internet Seite der Rv - ist aber wohl so....

Also nichts wie los....
