Reha über Krankenkasse ???
Wie läuft das mit einer Raha über die KK??? Ich habe diesbezüglich überhaupt keine Ahnung. Ich kenne nur die Reha über die RV. Gibt es da unterschiede???

leider kann ich Dir nicht genau sagen, wie die Beantragung läuft, da ich ja eine Reha von der KK "aufgedrückt" bekommen habe, obwohl dies lt. Anwalt nicht rechtens war. (Anwalt: " Die KK muss über das entscheiden, was beantragt wurde, hier MuKiKur").
Ich kann nur sagen, das die KK auf dieses eine Haus bestanden hat, und auch keine Alternativvorschläge von mir angenommen hat. (Wieso sollte die KK auch, denn die wussten, das keiner diese Reha in dieser Form antritt :kopfanwand: , zumal ohne schwerwiegende und ernsthaft Indikationen)!
Ich glaube, das ist aber selten, das die KK eine Reha genemigt, das habe ich nämlich "rausgehört" von div. Kliniken, als ich eine Alternativklinik für eine Reha selber gesucht habe. Hier musste ich immer nochmals ausdrücklich betonen, das die KK die Reha zahlen will, und nicht die RV.
Ach so, mir fällt noch ein, mein Anwalt hat mir damals mal gesagt, (weil ich auch nicht verstanden habe, warum die KK eine Reha zahlen will!!), es gibt so etwas wie einen "Innenausgleich" (ich nenne es mal so, genaue Bezeichnung weiß ich nicht mehr
), da holen bzw. teilen sich die KK mit dem RV einiges an Kosten!!!!
Aber Du kennst ja meine endlose Geschichte.

Hm, soweit ich weiß, ist die KK Kostenträger, wenn du kein Anrecht auf eine Reha über die RV hast ( zu kurze Einzahlungszeiten oder durch Ablehnung des Antrags).
Aber egal wer der Kostenträger ist, der Antrag läuft immer über die KK. Diese entscheidet dann, ob eine Weiterleitung zur RV stattfindet ( Vorraussetzungen erfüllt sind)
