Begleit- oder Therapiekinder?

Bei mir war es auch so das ich bei der letzten M-K-Kur die Mädels als Begleitkinder beantragt , aber da ich in meinem Antrag auch die Krankheiten von den beiden mit angegeben habe wurden beide als Therapiekinder Genehmigt . Da war ich auch erst mal baff .

Bei mir steht drin "die stationäre Maßnahme wird bewilligt für Name der Mutter, Name Kind 1, Name Kind 2. Für das nicht behandlungsbedürftige Kind Name wird die Tagespauschale bezahlt.

ich glaube, da hat jede Kasse ihre eigenen, wenn auch standardisierten Formulierungen. Ich (AOK Niedersachsen) hatte die gleiche Formulierung in meinem Genehmigungsschreiben (hatte - glaube ich - ebenfalls hier nachgefragt deshalb).

Beantragt hatte ich 3 Therapiekinder und zwei Begleitkinder und war daher sehr verwirrt. Bei uns hieß das tatsächlich, das die Kinder allesamt Therapien bekamen ( und in Norderheide/Bordelum war das überraschend umfangreich )

Nun ist es aber in einigen Kliniken eh so, das es keinen finanziellen Unterschied gibt zwischen Therapie- und Begleitkind. Manche von denen bieten ein Programm für alle an, andere geben so wenig Therapiestunden wie möglich raus . Ich würde mal in der Klinik anrufen, was dieser Satz für Deine Kinder bedeutet. Die können Dir am ehesten sagen, was sie aufgrund dieser Genehmigung mit der Kasse abrechnen können.
