Ich wusste nicht in welche Kategorie- deshalb mal hier:

Kann mir jemand sagen wie die Reisekosten abgerechnet werden ?

Ich habe bei meiner KK die 526 Km fuer Hin- und Rueckfahrt mit dem PKW und insgesamt knapp 22.- fuer Bahnkarten Hin und zurueck Niebpuell- Westerland eingereicht.

Heute schreiben die mir sie freuen sich mir mitteilen zu koennen das sie mir 50.- ueberweisen.

50.- ?????? Wie ist das denn gerechnet ?
Gibt es keine Kiliometerpauschale oder sowas?

also bei mir gibts auch keine km pauschale.

ich bekomme den betrag fuer die direkte, guenstigste bahnfahrt bezahlt
und da die krankenkassen sonderkonditionen haben kommt leider nicht allzu viel bei raus!

ich bekomme fuer die gut 1600 km (hin- und rueckfahrt) von der kk 130 euro.

Hallo!

Das macht wohl jede KK anders. Haben sie Dich denn vorher nicht informiert wie abgerrechent wird?

Bei mir gabs die KM-Pauschale von 20 cent pro Kilometer fuer die kuerueste Strecke zum Kurhaus oder die Bahnkarten drekt ueber den Reiseservice der KK.

Normalerweise sollte die KK einen vorab informieren, damit man schon mal ueberschlagen kann was guenstiger kommt...
An Deiner Stelle wuerde ich einfach noch mal anrufen und nachfragen und wenn sei sich stur stellen wuerde ich darauf bestehen, dass sie Dich darueber haetten vorher informieren muessen, wie abgerechent wird...

Oder hast Du ev. in der Bewilligung was ueberlesen???

Die haben vorab gesvhrieben, das sie Gepaeckkosten nicht uebernehmen und das ich im Nachhenein Reisekosten geltent machen kann. Und das ich davon 5%, jedoch hoechstens 10.- selber tragen muss.

Seid ihr gefahren worden??? Und dann nur mit dem Zug von Niebuell anch Westerland? Denn mit dem Auto zahlst Du deutlich mehr von Niebuell nach Westerland! Wenn ihr gefahren worden seid kann es sein , dass sie diese Kosten nicht uebernehmen???? Da haette ich aber vorher mal nachgefragt, ob das geht...

An Deiner Stelle wuerde ich einfach noch mal anrufen und mir vorrechnen lassen wie sieauf den Betrag kommen!

Noch was: wenn ich in einen Routenplaner die Strecke Ratzeburg Westerland eingebe komme ich bei der kuerzesten Verbindung ( die nimmt auch die KK als Berechnungsgrundlage) nur auf etwas ueber 240km eine Strecke! Waeren also 480 km beide Strecken..Da kaeme ich dann bei einer KM-Puaschale von 0,1 Euro schon auf 50 Euro! plus Fahrkarten minus 10 Euro Eigenanteil fehlen eigentlich nur noch 10 Euro! Kann es sein, dass Deine KK nur eine Pauschale von 10 cent pro km zahlt???? Zudem : die Strecke die ich gerechent habe ist bis nach Westerland! gefahren seid ihr aber nur bis Niebuell...Koennen also nie und nimmer ueber 500 km sein....

Eigentlicht muessten sie dir das doch vorher mitteilen, was und wieveil sie uebernehmen! Also: Montag anrufen und erklaeren lassen.....

Hallo ich habe fuer ca. 1400 km (Hin und zurueck) 189 Euro vom meiner KK bekommen und da sind die 10 % Eigenanteil schon abgezogen.
