Hilfe wer könnte mir vielleicht weiterhelfen?
Also mein Problem:Ich hatte für Phil in Jahr 2007 über die RV eine Kinderreha mit mir als Begleitung für Werscherberg beantragt.Genemigt wurde die Reha nur in einen anderen Haus.Ich habe keinen Widerspruch eingelegt und war dann mit ihn in Viktoriastift.Dort bekam er aber nur einmal in der Woche Logopädie und bracht in der Sprachentwicklung nicht sehr viel.Letztes Jahr habe ich erneut beantragt bei der RV Weil die Ärzte und die Logopädin meinten mit einen Schwerbehindertenausweis hätte er gute Chancen eine erneute Reha zu bekommen.Dieser Antrag wurde abgelehnt.Mir fehlte aus familieren Gründen die Kraft zum Kämpfen also reichte ich keinen Widerspruch ein.
Jetzt sieht es so aus das ich für Phil erneut einen Antrag stellen möchte und diesmal gerne nach Werscherberg die speziell für Sprache ist.Die Logopädin.die Lehrerin der Sprachheilschule,der Pädaudiologe von Klinikum meinen auch alle das Werscherberg für Phil optimal wären.Da die RV Werscherberg in normal Fall nicht belegt wollte ich über die Krankenkasse beantragen.Da sagte man mir aber das für Kinder von denen ein Elternteil in die RV einzahlt auch nur über die RV beantragt werden kann.Sie können mir aber gerne die Anträge zuschicken.Ich bekam Anträge für die RV Bund.Also habe ich wieder zur KK angerufen nach +einigen hin und her wollte man mir die Anträge für die RV Rheinland schicken bei denen mein Mann versichert ist.Die Anträge kamen heute.Allerdings heute ohne Antrag was der Arzt auszufüllen hat und bei der Versicherungsnummer steht die Nr. von meinen Sohn?????Die letzten Anträge bei der Rv für meinen Sohn liefen auch über die Versicherungsnummer von meinen Mann.Jetzt kapier ich garnichts mehr.Und bei den neuen Papieren steht auch der Zusatz ausgefüllt nur auszufüllen wenn der Antrag über die KK läuft.z.b wann die letzte Mutter-Kind Kur Massnahme war.Wenn man einen Antrag über eine Kinderreha bei der KK stellt brauche ich doch keine Anträge von der RV ausfüllen,oder?Aber wer kann überhaupt einen Antrag fürs Kind bei der KK stellen,man darf also wie man es mir versucht hat zu erklären als Elternteil nicht in die RV einzahlen.Sorry,aber ich bin total verwirrt und werde an Montag bei der Krankenkasse anrufen und nach Unterlagen für eine Mutter-Kind-Kur bitten.Denn wenn ich das mit der Reha alles geregelt habe bin ich reif für die Insel :kopfanwand:
