Weg des Kurantrages?

Hallo!

Wie läuft das eigentlich mit dem Antrag? Den bekommt ein Sachbearbeiter der KK und dann? Gehen die immer zum MDK? Wer entscheidet den ob die Kur genemigt wird oder nicht? Der SB?

Also es läuft wohl so:
Antrag geht bei KK ein, dann wird nur noch jeder 4. Antrag (in der Reihenfolge des Posteingangs) zum MDK geschickt. Über die anderen Anträge entscheidet die KK sofort.
Alle vorzeitigen Anträge (alle vor Ablauf der 4 Jahresfrist) gehen auf jedenfall zum MDK. Trotzdem hat auch hier die KK die Entscheidung zu treffen, vom MDK kommt nur die Empfehlung.
Also du siehst, die KK entscheidet, auch wenn die es manchmal anders sagen.
Ich kenne eine Mutter, da hat der MDK keine Notwendigkeit gesehen und die KK hat trotzdem genehmigt.

Also entscheidet der Sachbearbeiter über meine Antrag? Habe ich das richtig verstanden.
Ich war schon zweimal persönlich bei meiner Sachbearbeiterin sie hat mir nur gesagt das es zwei Wochen dauern kann und das für mich ja auch eine Reha über die BFA in frage kommen könnte.
Ich frage mich nur wo ich mit meinen drei Kindern in der Zeit hin soll und wie ich den jüngsten stillen soll wenn ich in Reha bin und er zu Hause.
