Wie macht ihr das mit Arbeitskollegen/Urlaub etc?

Hallo,

also ich habe bisher erst meinen Chef informiert, sobald ich die Genehmigung und den Termin hatte. Die Kuren hatte ich immer in den Sommerferien, wenn ich sowieso Urlaub gehabt hätte. Allerdings habe ich im Anschluss an die Kur dann noch Urlaub genommen. Darauf hat man nämlich Anspruch.

hallo,

ich habe heute schonmal anklingen lassen dass ich evtl. zur kur gehe weil der doc es empfohlen hat. meine direkte kollegin fands ok, zumal ich ja auch gerade wieder 2 wochen krank war und trotzdem noch nicht sooo topfit bin.

ich habe vor das ganze diese woche in die wege zu leiten. sprich zum doc gehen damit er das ausfüllt und es dann bei der kk abgeben.

bin schon ganz gespannt.

wie ist es bei euren verwandten wenn ihr über kur sprecht? meine schwiemu hällt da gar nichts von. ich denke aber es kann nur ne chance für uns sein die man nutzten muss. und fertiger daraus als darein schätze ich kann ich nicht kommen.

Bisher weiß von meinem Antrag kaum jemand. Klar, mein Mann, dann meine Eltern und meine beste Freundin. Alle finden es gut. Meine Mama ist selber psychisch krank und hat schon diverse Kur- und Klinikaufenthalte hinter sich. Mein Papa hat bis zur Rente selber bei der AOK gearbeitet, sie wissen also alle recht gut, worum es geht und daher bekomme ich viel Unterstüzung.

Auf der Arbeit werde ich auch erst Bescheid geben, wenn es ernst wird. Dann werde ich mich natürlich auch bemühen um einen Termin, der irgendwie in die Urlaubsplanung passt. Aber grundsätzlich sind wir eh genug Leute, das würde schon irgendwie klappen.

Ich habe bisher nur mit meiner direkten Vertreterin gesprochen, dass ich vor habe eine Kur zu beantragen und als Termin habe ich mich daher auch eher für Sept./Oktober entschieden, da da die große Urlaubszeit vorbei ist uns ich dann keinem in die Quere komme. Mit dem Chef und der Personalabteilung werde ich erst sprechen, wenn alles durch ist.
