Attest ICD-10 oder freier Text ???

Hallo ihr Lieben, ein anderes Forumsmitglied bringt mich auf diese Fragen:

Wie haben eure Ärzte euer Attest ausgefüllt ???

Nach der ICD-10 Norm, also mit einer Buchstaben-Zahlenkombination oder als freien Text, oder sogar mit beidem?

Hat es Nachteile, wenn nicht nach/mit ICD-10 ausgefüllt wurde?

Mein Arzt hat die Diagnosen aufgeschrieben und als freien Text formulierte Erläuterungen dazu, aber eben ohne die ICD-10 Angaben.

Wie war das bei euch?

Tja . da hat meine Ärtzin niemals irgendwelche Diagnosekürzel benutzt- sondern alles frie Formuliert. Da es ja auchin erster Linie um die sog Mütterspezifischen Belastungen geht ist das auch sinnvoller---Oder gbit es ein ICD Kürzel für Alleinerziehend ? Oder eines für " In trennung befindlich " - Ich könnte noch dutzende von Beispielen bringen...

Richtig, ich meine den ganz normalen Kurantrag.
Genau deshalb schrieb mein Arzt es wohl auch ein wenig ausführlicher. Ich hatte die Attestvorlagen vom MGW und da stand schon auch drauf *nach Möglichkeit IC benutzen* aber hat er nicht und vertraue ihm da mal. Ich hoffe, daß ich dadurch keine Nachteile habe. Allerdings wäre es für einen SB der Krankenkasse ja auch blöd, wenn er erst jedes Kürzel nachsehen müßte(oder auswenidig gelernt ). Das MGW hält es wohl für besser, weil so mehr Indikationen abgefragt würden...beruhigt mich ja schon, zu wissen, daß auch andere Ärzte es mit Diagnose und freiem Text ausfüllen.
Bin mal gespannt ob sich wer meldet, wo diese Kürzel angewendet wurden...nur so aus Neugierde...und Wissenshunger

Also mein Arzt hat ganz kurz und knapp, wirklich nur in Stichpunkten geschrieben, worum es geht, keine ICD-Norm, und kein extra Attest aufgrund der vorzeitigen Kur. Danach kam erstmal eine Absage!

Dann habe ich noch einen ausführlichen Brief geschrieben, dann kam innerhalb von 2 Tagen!!! die Zusage.

Ich denke, es hat wirklich nichts mit den Kürzeln zu tun, aber das hängt sicher auch von der Krankenkasse und dem Sachbearbeiter ab...
