Urlaub nehmen für Mutter- Kind- Kur?

Hallo,
ich hab da mal ne Frage. Muß man für eine Mutter- Kind- Kur Urlaub beim Arbeitgeber beantragen oder ist das eher wie Krankschreiben? Weiß da jemand Bescheid? Es handelt sich bei mir um eine Vorsorgekur, die von der Krankenkasse bezahlt werden soll.

Nein, du bist nicht wirklich krank und Urlaub musst du auf gar keinen Fall nehmen. Du bist zur Kur. Da bekommt man Entgeltfortzahlung und gut ist. Wenn du einen Termin hast, dann teilst du das deinem AG mit. Und wenn du zurück bist, bekommst du einen Aufenthaltsschein vom Kurhaus, den gibst du dann auch wieder beim AG ab.

Hallo,
habe ich das jetzt richtig verstanden??? Meinen regulären Jahresurlaub kriege ich totzdem?? Meinen Arbeitgeber habe ich übrigens schon vorgewarnt und die Kur möchte ich so legen, das sie in meinen Sommerurlaub fällt.
P.S. Ich habe übrigens eine supertolle, extranette Chefin, das muß mal gesagt werden.
