also meine chefinnen haben auch positiv reagiert, genau wie die kollegen, aber ich denke mal, weil sie auch den hauptgrund für unsere kur wissen ( fahren im november ) meine mama ist im april ganz plötzlich und unerwartet gestorben. die hauptchefin hat sogar gesagt - wat mut dat mut - und sie möchte, das ich weiß, das ich keine angst haben brauch das sie mich trotzdem behalten #D , habe sogar heute meinen unbefristeten vertrag unterschrieben :tanz: endlich......

Ich habe mich riesig gefreut.

Das mit den verschiedenen Reaktionen kann ich mir schon vorstellen,
Aber bei uns haben 2 Kolleginen in diesem jahr noch mehr'nen Hammer geleistet und in der Vollurlaubszeit einfach gesagt sie wollen 3 Monate unbezahlten Urlaub oder sie Kündigen und das bei Krankenschwesternnotstand.
