Total verzweifelt

Hallo an Alle,

ich bin total verzweifelt. Ich habe vor 14 Tagen meinen Kurantrag über das MGW eingereicht. Bin extra noch in eine andere Stadt gefahren, weil unsere Sachbearbeiterin krank war. Nachdem ich nun bis heute nichts gehört habe, habe ich mal vorsichtig nachgefragt und bin total geschockt.
Auf der KK sagten sie mir, es ist noch kein Antrag eingegangen. Die Caritas meinte, die SB hat im Moment viel zu tun, daß sie noch nicht einmal auf meine Mail antworten konnte??; und zu guter letzt ist diese die nächsten Tage nicht erreichbar.
Auf Nachfrage ob den die Unterlagen per Post eingegangen sind (bei meinem persönlichen Gespräch fehlte noch etwas), hieß es ,es gibt keinen Posteingang -ist sicher auf dem Postweg verloren gegangen!
Was soll ich jetzt nur machen? Bin drauf und dran alles hinzuschmeissen oder es direkt nochmal bei der KK zu versuchen.(seit Februar versuche ich meine Unterlagen zusammen zu bekommen, aber die Ärzte sind ja nicht die schnellsten!!!)
Die erhoffte Unterstützung vom MGW habe ich jedenfalls nicht erhalten

Ersteinmal herzlich Willkommen hier im Forum und viel Spaß beim Schreiben und Lesen hier.

Es tut mir sehr leid, was Dir passiert ist. Hast Du von den Unterlagen eine Kopie gemacht? Kannst Du diese an die Krankenkasse schicken? Oder sollte das MGW noch eine Stellungnahme dazu schreiben?

Willkommen hier im Forum, das tut mir echt leid, dass da alles so schiefläuft - aber vielleicht kannst du wirklich Kopien nachreichen oder du gehst den direkten Weg zur Krankenkasse. Leider hört man von den Kurberatungen immer wieder, dass nix klappt 8-| - viel Glück!
