was muss man tun, um eher als nach 4 Jahren wieder eine Kur bewilligt zu bekommen?

leider konnte ich die Kur nicht so richtig geniessen
ich hatte kaum Zeit zum Nachdenken und relaxen - es war richtiger Termindruck
so sah mein Tag meist aus:
beide Kinder wecken (erster Stress, weil meine Tochter dann total mies gelaunt und noergelig ist), Anziehen, Fruehstuecken, in die Betreuung bringen - 8 Uhr walken - 9.10 Uhr Aquafitness - 10 Uhr Psychologin - 11 Uhr Seminar Reduktion - 11.30 Uhr mit Sohn Mittag essen (lauter Speisesaal, Hochstuhl suchen, Teller holen, Essen holen, Getraenke holen (zig mal hin und herrennen zum Buffet), Sohn schnell ins Bett bringen, 13 Uhr Tochter aus der Betreuung holen, Ruhepause im Zimmer die meistens in Streit zwischen meiner Tochter und mir ausbrach, weil sie leise sein sollte, weil der Sohn schlief und auch ich mich ne halbe Stunde ausruhen wollte - 14.30 Uhr Tochter in die Betreuung gebracht - 15 Uhr Sohn in die Betreuung gebracht - 15.15 Uhr bis 16.45 Uhr z. B. Stressbewaeltigungsseminar - 17 Uhr Sohn holen und Abendessen (Stress und Laerm wie mittags) 17.45 Uhr Tochter abholen - Bettfertig machen, Sandmaennchen gucken, Geschichte lesen - ca. 20 Uhr war es ruhig und ich muede - manchmal habe ich mich mit meiner Zimmernachbarin oder so getroffem, manchmal hab ich TV gesehen oder mal getoepfert - oder ich lag um 21 Uhr im Bett

Also so sieht doch fast jeder "Kuralltag" aus und ich wundere mich, dass du nicht versucht hast - Dinge streichen zu lassen, wenn du nur im Stress warst!

Ich war 2 x zur Kur und ich habe im Vorfeld darum geben, Zeit fuer mich zuhaben und als der Plan mir zu voll war, habe ich das mit den Aerzten abgeklaert und er wurde entschaerft.

ja, habe ich gemacht, ich habe das Walken oefter sausen lassen, um den morgendlichen Stress nicht jeden Tag zu haben und so voll war mein Plan auch nicht jeden Tag, aber halt sehr oft
und wenn ich zwischendurch mal 1 1/4 Stunde Zeit hatte, habe ich halt mal unser Zimmer etwas aufgeraeumt und mir Notizen von den Seminaren gemacht und von den Gespraechen mit der Psychologin und habe alles in die Ernaehrungsmappe geschrieben oder ich war schnell Wasser einkaufen und einmal ne Stunde shoppen, um Schuhe zu kaufen
