Hallo,
ich brauch mal eure Hilfe, dringend!
Im Forum habe ich neulich eine Art "Musterbrief" gelesen, in dem auf die Wahlfreiheit eingegangen wird, die man als Patient ja rein theoretisch seit April 2007 hat. Ich finde ihn aber leider nicht mehr.
Wer hat ihn gelesen / geschrieben, oder weiss wie ich diesen aufspueren kann?

Sehr geehrte Frau xxxxx,
ich mache von meinem Wunsch- und Wahlrecht Gebrauch und bitte um die Kostenuebernahme der Mutter-Kind-Massnahme in der bereits im Antrag von mir genannten Kurklinik xxxxxx. Die ausgewaehlte Klinik ist zertifiziert und therapiert somit nach hohen und regelmaessig ueberprueften Qualitaetsstandards. Der vorliegende und gueltige Versorgungsvertrag nach § 111a SGB V garantiert die Uebernahme der Massnahmen gemaess §§ 24/41 SGB V sowie der vertraglich vereinbarten Kosten.
Der vertraglich fixierte und mit den Sozialversicherungstraegern vereinbarte Verguetungssatz erfuellt die Bedingungen der in § 12 SGB V verankerten Richtlinien. Somit besteht mit allen gesetzlichen Kassen eine gesicherte Abrechnungsgrundlage.
Ich verspreche mir insbesondere bei dieser Kurklinik einen sehr hohen Kurerfolg, da meine Beschwerden optimal durch deren Therapiekonzepte abgedeckt sind und die Einrichtung unseren individuellen Vorstellungen und Wuenschen bestmoeglich entspricht.
