Wie laeuft das mit dem Antrag?
Da ich seit einigen Tagen wieder mit schweren Kopfschmerzen zu kaempfen habe,ist in meinem Kopf ein ziemliches Durcheinander
.Was muss ich tun,wo bekommt man die Formblaetter her?Was muss ich alles mit einreichen wenn ich alles beisammen habe??Kann mir jemand weiterhelfen?Moeglichst in klaren Worten,bin zur Zeit echt Blond. :kopfanwand:

Je nachdem, ob du es selber versuchen moechtest oder lieber mit Hilfe, wendest du dich an deine Krankenkasse um den Antrag anzufordern oder an eine Kurberatung (Caritas, DRK, Diakonie oder Muettergenesungswerk) um einen Termin zu vereinbaren....

Genau so, du rufst bei deiner KK an und laesst dir die Formulare schicken. Die kannst du dann ausfuellen (kann man auch alleine, wenn man nicht total blond ist ). Das Formular fuer deinen Hausarzt schaffst du dort hin und laesst das auch ausfuellen (das dauert allerdings meistens ...) und dann schickst du allles wieder an die KK und wartest, und wartest ...
So hab ich das gemacht und hatte nach 2 Wochen meine Bewilligung

Oder du gehst halt gleich zu einer Beratungsstelle und fuellst das alles mit denen aus ...

Die fuer dich zustaendige Beratungsstelle findest du im Internet.

Dort bekommst du alle Formulare und Hilfe die du brauchst.
Ausserdem empfehlen Sie dir auch ein Kurheim.
