Hallo zusammen,
habe heute meine Unterlagen bei der Krankenkasse angefordert.
Wie geht es denn nun weiter, also was sollte ich tun?
Soll ich mich erst an die Caritas/Awo o.ä. wenden oder einen Termin bei meinem Hausarzt machen.
Habt ihr die Anträge bei euren Ärzten nur abgegeben oder füllt der Arzt den Antrag in eurem Beisein aus?

Ich hab mir die Unterlagen bei der Krankenkasse abgeholt und bin mit diesen zur Häusärztin gegangen. Diese hat den Antrag in meinem Beisein ausgefüllt, da konnte sie sofort Rückfragen stellen oder mir erklären, warum sie den Antrag wie ausfüllt.
Ich habe den Antrag mit ausführlicher Selbstauskunft direkt bei der Krankenkasse eingereicht, habe also nicht den Umweg über eine Beratungsstelle genommen. Die Entscheidung war für mich damals richtig, weil ich mich gerne selbst mit den verantwortlichen Personen auseinandersetze und nicht über Vermittlungspersonen, wenn es Probleme gibt.
