Ein Tip fuer den Kurantrag

Hallo an alle "Kurbeantragerinnen",

ich habe mich gestern noch mal mit der Sachbearbeiterin meiner KK wegen meiner Kur unterhalten und sie betonte, wie wichtig es ist, dass man dem Kurantrag so viele Informationen und Unterlagen wie moeglich beifuegt, damit sich der medizinische Dienst ein moeglichst genaues Bild von der haeuslichen Situation und dem Krankheitsbild machen kann. Ich hatte meine Tagesablauf akribisch genau beschrieben, mit Zeitangaben, teilweise in halb-Stunden-Schritten. Die Arbeitsbelastung, die Zaenkerei zwischen den Kindern, den Stress etc..Als ich mir das nach Fertigstellung noch mal durchgelesen habe, konnte ich ploetzlich verstehen, wo meine Erschoepfung herkommt. Man steckt so tief drin in dem taeglichen Chaos und in dem Stress, dass man das schon gar nicht mehr merkt. Was man spuert, ist nur die zunehmende Erschoepfung.

Also, beim Doktor alle Befunde kopieren, Tagesablauf moeglichst genau beschreiben, noch ein Anschreiben, in dem man so ausfuehrlich wie moeglich das eigene Befinden schildert und ab damit zur Krankenkasse. Nach ein paar Tagen ruhig mal telefonisch nachfragen, ob der Antrag eingegangen ist und wer der zustaendige Sachbearbeiter ist.

Bei mir hat´s geklappt. Mein Kurantrag war innerhalb von gut zwei Wochen bewilligt. Ende September fahren wir in den Schwarzwald!
