...jetzt mache ich mir ja doch Gedanken:
Angenommen die Ärztin vom med. Dienst, bei der ich heute war,
empfiehlt nun doch eine Kur:
Geht das rechtlich überhaupt noch, wo doch die Krankenkasse mitlerweile
endgültig abgelehnt hat.
Ausserdem bin ich ja ab März bei einer anderen KK, da wird die B-K-K Gesundheit doch auf die Empfehlung des MDK pfeifen, oder ?
Obwohl, das BVA ist ja dran.
Aber trotzdem, kann man im Nachhinein überhaupt eine Kur nach Entscheidung der KK bekommen ???? Was meint Ihr ? Grübel, Grübel

Ich hatte auch schon die endgültige Ablehnung der Krankenkasse und hab dann nach nem langen Telefonat mit dieser die Kur doch noch bewilligt bekommen ... wie das dann allerdings mit ner anderen Krankenkasse ist, weiß ich nicht, entweder machst du die Kur noch vorher oder du rufst deine neue Krankenkasse an und fragst, wie das dann geht ...

Soweit ich weiß ist es so, dass wenn die Kur bereits genehmigt wurde zahlt die neue Kasse. Man muss nur den Bescheid vorlegen.

Meine alte KK hatte damals abgelehnt, mit der Begründung es sei Vorzeitig. Widerspruch wurde abgelehnt. Ich habe gewechselt, neu beantragt und nach dem Widerspruch dann die Genehmigung bekommen (immer noch vorzeitig).

Wenn es jetzt nicht mehr positiv ausgeht, beantrage nach kurzer Zeit einfach neu. Drücke dir die Daumen.
