hallo,

da bin ich nochmal mit einer frage. und zwar habe ich ja eine beraterin. die unterlagen wie attest, selbstauskunft und meldebogen musste ich ja ausfuellen und ausfuellen lassen. wenn ich alles zusammen habe soll ich die unterlagen zu unserer beraterin schicken, die den antrag soweit fertig gemacht hat. sie schickt die kompletten unterlagen zur kk. nun wollte ich mal wissen, ob ich von der kk bescheid kriege oder doch ehr unsere beraterin!?

HAllo Nadine,

das ist ganz unterschiedlich. Normlerweise wird der Bescheid der KK an die Person oder institution geschickt, die die Kur beantragt hat. Das wird dann sicherlich die Beraterin sein die Dich dann sofort informiert. Es gibt aber KK die informieren die Versicherungsnehmerin und umgehen die Beraterin, also immer mit der Beratungsstelle kurzschliessen, egal was kommt.
