Oma Kur?

Hallo Ihr Lieben, brauch mal eure Hilfe.
Meine Kinder sind in Dauerpflege seit 8Jahren bei uns.Seit drei Jahren wissen wir daß sie einen Bruder haben.Er lebt bei seiner leib. Oma vätl. seits.Wir haben ein gutes Verhältniss, feiern zusammen Weihnachten,Geburtstage usw.Der Junge hat starkes ADHDS, Leserechtschreibschwäche, Bindungsprobleme...
Ich habe der Oma (50)eine Kur nahegelegt, sie sagt sie hätte keinen Anspruch auf eine MUKIKU. Er ist seit 8Jahren bei ihr. Dass kann ich nicht glauben. Vielleicht besser eine kinderreha?
Sie geht Arbeiten und ist Alleinerziehend.

Da auch Adoptiv- und Pflegeeltern einen Anspruch auf MuKiKuren haben, hat die Oma ganz bestimmt auch einen Anspruch! Allerdings ist das vielleicht selbst ihrer Kasse nicht klar (oder die wollen mal wieder Geld sparen?).

Ich ahtte aber hier im Forum schon mal gelesen, dass in einem Kurgang auch eine Oma mit Enkel war - scheint also zu funktionieren!

Als ich mit meinem Sohn zur Kinder Reha war, war da eine Ur Oma mit ihrem Ur Enkel zur Kur. Deshalb denke ich mal das es gehen sollte.

Nur möglich, wenn die Oma die erziehungsberechtigte ist, d.h. wenn sie das Sorgerecht hat.
So habe ich es von einer Bekannten erfahren, deren Enkel bei ihr lebt und erzogen wird.

Bei uns war es damals so das die Eltern beide wegen der Arbeit nicht konnten (warum auch immer keine Ahnung) ist halt die Ur Oma mitgefahren und hat sogar die Verlängerung die der Ur Enkel bekamm mitgemacht, Ich Denke wen man das plausibel genug begründet/erklärt müßte es möglich sein.
