Ist das der richtige Kurantrag???

Hallo ihr lieben,

ich war letzte Woche bei meiner Hausärztin weil ich sie gebeten habe mich bei meinem Mutter-Kind-Kur Antrag zu helfen.

Sie hat das Muster 60 ausgefüllt und an die Krankenkasse geschickt.

Nun habe ich den Antrag erhalten. Aber ich bin mir nicht sicher ob dieser stimmt. Denn es steht niergends etwas von den Kindern. Also ich bin bei der AOK versichert.
Da steht nur: Antrag auf eine Kur durch die Krankenkasse.

Und unter Beantragende Leistung kann man wählen zwischen 1. ambulante/offene Kur und 2. stationäre Kur. Mutter-Kind wird niergends erwähnt. Hat da meine Ärztin etwas falsch gemacht!

Zudem wollte ich noch etwas fragen. Als ich mich vorab bei meiner Krankenkasse informiert habe meinten die, dass wenn meine Kinder nur Begleitkinder sind, dass dann der Rentenversicherungsträger zuständig ist und wenn sie auch therapiert werden dann eben die kasse selber.

Bin jetzt etwas verwirrt?

Ja - wenn man Muster 60 ausfüllt und abschickt, bekommt man einen REHA-Antrag zugeschickt.

Mutterkind-Kur ist etwas anderes!!

Hallo,

meine Ärztin musste auch einen Muster60-Antrag ausfüllen. Anschließend habe ich einen "Mutter-Kind-Kur-Antrag" bekommen.

Was soll ich sagen ich hatte auch das Muster 60 ausfüllen lassen und siehe da ich bekam einen Antrag für eine Raha. Ich Denke mal das wird bei Dir auch so sein .Ruf bei deiner KK an die sollen Dir einen Antrag auf Muki Kur schiken. Wen die das nicht machen dan gehe auf der Seite vom Müttergenesungswerk dort kanst du die Anträge ausdrucken.
