Muki-Kur für Mutter, wenn Kids privat versichert?

Hallo,
ich bin neu hier und möchte eine Mutter-Kind-Kur beantragen, allerdings sind meine Kinder (2 + 5 Jahre) privat versichert und ich gesetzlich bei der AOK. Jetzt habe ich schon ein paar dubiose Sachen gehört, von "ist gar kein Problem" über "wenn die KK kulant ist" bis "da hast Du keine Chance".
Kann mir jemand weiterhelfen? Habe ich einen Chance, wenn meine Kids als gesunde Begleitkinder mitgehen? Wie sehr hängt das von der Kulanz der KK ab?

Die AOK muss nix bezahlen für deinen Kinder.... Wenn sie kulant ist zahlt sies - aber müssen muss sie nicht.

Am einfachsten wäre es wenn deine Kinder Kuren mitversichert hätten und selber erkrankt sind , so daß sie kurbedürftig sind.. Dann könnte deren Kur über deren KK abgerechnet werden...

Wenn die gesetliche sich stur stellt hast du nämlich rein rechtlich keine Chance deine Kinder von denen gezahlt zu bekommen..

Meine Kinder waren früher über meinen Mann versichert ( gesetzlich), da gab es auch schon immer Probleme. Deshalb habe ich die Kinder dann zu mir mit auf die Kasse genommen. Das ist deutlich einfacher.

Das ist aber immer noch ne komplett andere Konstellation-..

Und die Kinder mit in ihre versicherung nehmen - das geht bei der TS nicht... Einmal privat versichert - immer privat versichert... bis ev mal eine versicherungspflichtige Tätigkeit von den Kids ausgeübt wird oder der vater eine solche ausübt ( und nicht freiwillig in die Private gegangen ist weil er die Beitragsbemessungsgrenze überschreitet) gibts da nun mal keinen Weg in die Gesetzliche für die Kinder.
