Wie läuft eine Kur so ungefähr ab?

Wir haben ja noch Zeit bis Februar, aber mich interessiert es trotzdem schon jetzt, wie so eine Kur im Allgemeinen abläuft...
Natürlich ist mir klar, das jede anders verläuft auf Grund der Kriterien weswegen man fährt, aber so einen groben Überblick zu haben( wann fangen Anwendungen morgens an? Wie lange dauert eine Anwendung? Geht es nur bis Nachmittags? Kann man das Gelände einer Kurklinik auch unter der Woche verlassen?? etc.pp...

Also eine genauen Stundenplan kann ich dir nicht geben ...
So ist es ja auch in den Kurkliniken unterschiedlich geregelt, ob du mit deinen Kindern gemeinsam die Mahlzeiten einnimmst oder diese (teilweise) in den Gruppen.

Im Regelfall beginnen die Anwendungen ab 8 Uhr, aber Ausnahmen gibt es immer (so war es zumindest bei uns).
Wie lange eine Anwendung dauert, hängt davon ab, was für Anwendungen du hast - eine Fangopackung dauert nicht so lange wie Nordic Walken
Ich hatte, wie die meisten anderen auch, am Nachmittag ebenfalls Anwendungen.
Manchmal ist man von einer Anwendung zur nächsten "gehetzt", manchmal hatte man stundenlang Zeit.
Manchmal hatte ich einen "freien" Vormittag, dann wieder einen Nachmittag.
Hier gab es keine Regel.

Im Normalfall ist es aber so, dass du nicht zuviel haben solltest - du sollst dich erholen und nicht durch die Termine hetzen.
Wir konnten jederzeit auch etwas ausfallen lassen bzw. Therapieplan abändern lassen.

Wir konnten das Kurgelände jederzeit verlassen.
