Kurentlassungsbericht -wer bekommt den?

Meine Kur in Glowe liegt nun leider schon hinter mir.
Die Ärztin, die die Abschlussuntersuchung gemacht hat, hat mir angeboten und zugesichert in den Abschlussbericht zu schreiben, dass eine baldige Wiederholungskur dringend angeraten wird.
Wer bekommt den Bericht? Krankenkasse ode Arzt?
Kann ich den auch haben?

Und... Wann beantrage ich neu?

Der Bericht geht an deinen Arzt. Ich würde mir gleich eine Kopie geben lassen. Du wirst den Bericht für deinen vorzeitigen Antrag für die Krankenkasse benötigen. Wann du wieder eine Kur beantragst liegt an dir. Wann war die letzte usw..... Wie dringend es ist kannst nur du und dein Arzt beurteilen.

bei mir ging der Entlassungsbericht an den Hausarzt

und dort konnte ich den Bericht dann auch abholen. Also bei der Arzthelferin fragen und die haben es mir dann ausgedruckt bzw. kopiert.

bei meiner ersten Kur wurde der Bericht an meinen Hausarzt geschickt. Bei meiner zweiten Kur bekam ich den Bericht persönlich bei der Abreise. Jedes Mal wurde eine vorzeitige Kur angeraten. Das war der Kasse bei den Beantragungen aber immer egal.

mein kurbericht wurde jeweils an hausarzt und auch an den kinderarzt geschickt,
beide berichte brauchte ich auch für die neubentragung

Von Glowe bekommst Du den Kurbericht nicht selbst, nur über den Hausarzt.
