So Mittwoch gehts los..

Hab mal noch Fragen an dei die schonmal da waren.

1. Wie voll ist der Therapieplan? Ich meine ich hoffe das es ziemlich voll gepackt ist denn mit viel Sport und Bewegenung fühl ich mich richtig wohl.Zuhause hab ich ja kaum Zeit dazu da ich mit den Kids alleine bin...

2. Würde ich mich dort auch gern auf Reduktionskost setzen lassen. Habt Ihr da in den 3 Wochen was abgenommen?

es gab welche die viele Anwendungen und Termine hatten und es gab welche die wenig hatten. Du kannst aber wenn dir das zuviel ist auch sagen.

Wegen der Reduktionskost.. es gibt dort nen Buffet und jeder ist für sich selber verantwortlich ob er das fettarme oder das normale nimmt. Am Eingang für den Speisesaal ist immer ein schauteller für die reduktionskost. Danach kannst du dich richten. Abnahme ist realistisch.

Bei mir ist es genau andersrum. Ich hoffe ich muss nicht so viele Anwendungen machen. Ich habe Zuhause genug Termine und Stress. Ich möchte vor allem mal Zeit für mich haben.

Die Friesenhörn-Kliniken haben in der Regel das Motto "Weniger ist mehr". Aber sie alles immer ein offenes Ohr, wenn frau ihren Therapieplan ändern möchte.
Ich habe mich zum Beispiel immer der Walking-Gruppe angeschlossen, da auch ich zu Hause dazu selten komme und dafür etwas anderes streichen lassen, was mir nach zweimaliger Teilnahme nichts gebracht hat.
Also immer ansprechen, die regeln das !
