Kann KK Termin der Kur vorschreiben ??

Hallo zusammen,
ich habe einen Antrag zur MKK gestellt und lese hier immer wieder mal das die KK den Termin und das Haus vorgeben.
Das die KK ein gewünschtes Haus nicht bewilligt ist mir nicht neu,aber ich bin nun etwas verstutzt darüber das KK auch den KG vorgeben.

Das wäre mir neu. Meiner Meinung nach müssen sich die Kassen nach deinem Termin richten.

Wenn es dringende und wichtige Gründe für einen Termin in einer best. Zeit gibt muss die KK sich nach deinen Vorgaben richten...

Wenn man aber einfach in einer Best. Zeit fahren will weil da zb an der See eben Hochsaison ist und damit einfach zu erwarten , daß da das schönere Wetter ist , dann muss sie das nicht..

Ganz nach deinen Wünschen wird es eh in den wenigsten ( auch den dringenden Fällen ) nicht gehen, da die Kliniken ja oft feste Kurgänge haben..
