Klinik fuer sp.obstr. Bronchitis und Adipostitas

Hallo,
meine Kinder (7 und 11) sind beide uebergewichtig.
Unsere Aerztin hat uns empfohlen eine Kur zu beantragen.
Unsere Kleine hatte ab dem 2. Lebensmonat immer wieder spast. obstrukt. Bronchitide. Diese kommen zum Glueck kaum noch vor. Doch deswegen moechte ich gerne eine Klinik an der Nord- oder Ostsee finden.

Hat jemand Erfahrungen mit Kliniken mit diesen Indikationen und wie ist die Kur dort verlaufen, haben die Kinder dort fuer sich etwas gelernt?

Hallo, ich war im Mai mit meinem Sohn (5 Jahre) wegen Adipositas in der Suedstrandklinik auf Fehmarn. War super. Die bieten auch reha´s wegen Asthma, Bronchitis an. Wenn du interesse hast, kannst du dich gerne per IM bei mir melden.
Ich fand die Klinik einfach nur toll.

genau wegen dieser Indikationen fahren wir uebermorgen zur Kur,
nach Borkum
(na ja, nicht die Kinder sollen abnehmen, eher ich...)
Aber das Klima soll toll sein , ich berichte in 3 Wochen!

Hat jemand Erfolge mit einer solchen Kur gehabt?
Wir erklaer ich das meinem Hausarzt? Der Kinderarzt hat eine Kur selbst schon mal vorgeschlagen.

Eine Schwerpunktkur ist eine Kur, die sich intensiv mit einer Indikation beschaeftigt, in deinem Fall kaemen viele mit Adipositas zusammen, die gemeinsam gegen die Pfunde kaempfen wollen - oder habe ich das jetzt falsch ausgedrueckt? Vielleicht kann das jemand anderes besser ausdruecken?? Viele Kliniken haben bestimmte Zeiten, zu denen Schwerpunktkuren angeboten werden. Deshalb bist du eigentlich zunaechst wieder bei der Ausgangsfrage, welche Klinik ueberhaupt entsprechende Programme anbietet. Ich war gerade in der Klinik Norderheide in Bordelum, die bieten jeweils ein Abnehmprogramm fuer Erwachsene (Vitess) und Kinder (Motess) an. Das Programm beinhaltet viel Sport und auch Beratung. Die Klinik liegt zwar leider nicht direkt am Meer (Nordsee), hat aber natuerlich Seeklima und ist damit auch fuer alle Atemwegserkrankungen geeignet. Ich fand die Kinderbetreuung super, die Kinder gehen viel nach draussen und da werden dann haeufig Tobe- und Ballspiele gemacht. Mein Sohn hat auch ohne Motess-Programm fast 5 Kilo durch die spielerische Bewegung und das kontrollierte Essen im Speisesaal verloren, ohne groessere Anstrengung.
