Wunschklinik abgelehnt - was nun?

Habe von der TK eine Mutterkind-Kur bewilligt bekommen. Möchte wegen meiner schulpflichtigen Tochter in den Herbstferien zur Kur fahren, was sich aber als schwierig herausstellt, denn die meisten Häuser sind dann schon belegt. Habe bei der Friesenhörn-Klinik einen Platz gefunden. Die TK schreibt nun, das wird nicht genehmigt, dies würde auch nicht in Widerspruch zum Wunsch- und Wahlrecht der Versicherten nach § 9 SGB IX stehen, es gäbe keinen Anspruch auf eine bestimmte Einrichtung, sondern einen Anspruch dass die Krankenkasse ihr Ermessen pflichtgemäß ausübt.

Kann mir dazu jemand einen Rat geben, welche Möglichkeiten habe ich?

Als Alternative wurde mir die Klinik Mikina in Bad Schönborn genannt. Hat jemand dazu Erfahrungen?

Wie ich gesehen habe kommst du aus Speyer. Ich würde sagen, die Mikina ist eindeutig viel zu Nahe an deinem Wohnort. Da bist du ja fast schneller zu Hause, als bei der Therme

Ich würde mit der Begründung, das du in dieser Klinik nicht richtig abschalten kannst, wegen Wohnortnähe, gleiche Umgebung, gleiches Klima usw. begründen, das du in eine andere Klinik kannst.
