Widerspruch bei der KK eingegangen - Frage hab

Unsere Kurierpost kommt ja mit der Tageszeitung, also so gegen
5.30 Uhr und weil ich da mit Hundi rausgeh war ich am Briefkasten und
sieh an ein Brief von der I K K.
Nach knapp 2 Wochen schreibne sie mir, das mein Widerspruch gegen die Ablehnung des Wiederholungsantrages eingegangen sei.
Dann schreiben sie
"Es sind noch Ermittlungen erforderlich. Sie erhalten zru gegebenen Zeit weitere Nachrricht"

Was soll das heißen, es sind noch Ermittlungen erforderlich, versteh ich gerade nicht. Was solln das für Ermittlungen sein???

Ruf`doch mal an, können sie Dir sicher erläutern, vielleicht kann dann schon was geklärt werden.

Vielleicht wollen sie sich auch mit dem Kurhaus in Verbindung setzen.

ja ich denk auch das die schauen wegen den unterlagen und alles nochmal prüfen usw.

Ich denke auch, dass sie weitere Infos zusammensammeln (vom Arzt?) und die Unterlagen dann dem MDK nochmals vorlegen.

Haben die denn den Entlassungsbericht aus der letzten Kur schon? Vielleicht haben die den auch noch angefordert...

Entlassungsbericht von der kur war shcon vor 3 Wochen da, bevor ich die Ablehnung bekam, von meinem Psychologen haben sie ein aktuelles Schreiben bekommen.
Könnte nur sein das sie die Unterlagen vom Krankenhaus meinen, ich weiß es auch nciht so wirklich.
Auf jeden Fall ists ja erstmal keine Ablehnung
