cbt Haus am Meer Borkum

Hallo,
Ich suche immer noch die geeignete Klinik. Gut Holmecke habe ich "aussortiert". Jetzt schwanke ich noch zwischen Poel, Wiefelstede und neu dem CBT Haus Haus am Meer Borkum. Wer kann mir denn dazu Erfahrungen schreiben?

Hallo,
bin frisch aus dem CBT-Haus zurück und kann es nur empfehlen! Leider kenne ich keine anderen Häuser, daher kann ich nicht vergleichen. Wenn Du spezielle Fragen hast, die Dich interessieren, dann kann ich sie Dir gerne beantworten.

Hallo zum zweiten,

sehe grade aus einer anderen Anfrage von Dir Deine Kriterien. Also dazu das CBT:

- alle drei täglichen Malzeiten nehmen Mamas und Kinder getrennt ein. Klappt in den meisten Fällen sehr gut, für die Mütter sehr entspannend, für die Kinder auch ganz toll. Ich war zunächst skeptisch, aber die Sorgen haben sich schnell zerstreut.
- Mehrzimmerappartements: Ich hatte ein Zweizimmerapp. und hätte auch getrennt von meinem Sohn schlafen können. Haben wir nicht gemacht, wäre aber möglich gewesen. Größere Familien hatten auch mehr als nur zwei Zimmer.
- Schwimmbad: Kann täglich genutzt werden, v.a. nachmittags und abends. Mein Problem bestand darin, dass ich meinen kleinen Sohn hätte allein lassen müssen, daher nutzte ich das Schwimmbad nur während der Anwendungen vormittags. Mit größeren Kindern aber sicher kein Problem, oder die gehen gleich mit baden.

Nochmal: Ich kann das CBT nur empfehlen.

Hallo, hast Du Dich schon entschieden?? Wir fahren nach Wiefelstede, dort habe ich bisher nur positives gehört und gelesen.
Solltest schauen, wie weit es von Dir entfernt ist und Du bereit bist zurückzulegen. Die Indikationen.....

Hallo
Wir waren 2007 im cbt Haus und fahren jetzt wieder im April dort hin. Ich kann nur sagen ist ein klasse Haus. Die Zimmer sind super, die Kinderbetreuung ist toll, das Personal ist echt nett und leider ist das Essen auch super, schwer abzunehmen.
