Fahrtkostenerstattung

Hallo,

wenn ich nicht mit dem Zug zur Kur fahren möchte, weil die Fahrtzeit sich um mind. 3 Stunden verlängert, wie bekomme ich dann die (anteiligen) Fahrtkosten von der Krankenkasse erstattet?

Könnt Ihr mir da bitte mal weiterhelfen?

Hallo Anja,

ich hab nach der Kur einen formlosen Zettel mit Abfahrtsadresse und Zieladresse an die KK geschickt. Und dann hatte ich innerhalb 1 Woche das Geld auf meinem Konto.

Bei welcher Kasse bist du? Bei der Barmer bekommt man einen Reisekostenschein. Da füllt man aus, wie man hinfährt und muss, wenn man mit dem Auto fährt, den Abfahrtbahnhof und Ankunftsbahnhof angeben. Von da aus wird nur berechnet. Heißt, wenn du erst mit dem Bus, in den nächsten Ort muss, wegen dem Zug. Zählt die Fahrt erst da. Außerdem bekommt man bei der Barmer zumindest nur den Fahrpreis der Fahrkarten erstattet. Weswegen ich die Fahrtkosten bei der Steuer mit angebe

Ich hatte mit der Genehmigung gleich ein Formular von der Krankenkasse mitbekommen, hab ich ausgefüllt und in der Klinik abstempeln lassen.
War sowohl bei Bahn als auch bei Auto so. Bin bei IKK classic.

Bei mir genügte nach der Kur ein kurzes Telefonat mit der Sachbearbeiterin. Hab ihr die Strecke gesagt. Binnen einer Woche war das Geld auf dem Konto. Bin bei der AOK.

Hallo,

handelt sich um die BKK Mobil Oil... Ich habe nur einen Antrag auf Fahrkarte für die Bahn mitgeschickt bekommen.
Würde ich ja prinzipiell machen, aber über 3 Stunden Fahrzeit länger (also statt 5,5 - 6 Stunden auf 9 Stunden) nööö, so schön ist Bahnfahren auch nicht...
