Ich soll für meine Freundin fragen, sie hat vorzeitig einen Antrag gestellt der abgelehnt wurde. Nun hat sie Widerspruch eingelegt der nun einging. Wie lange hat es gedauert bis ihr die Genehmigung hattet? Könnte der Widerspruch auch abgelehnt werden was würde dann passieren?

das kommt immer auf den Einzelfall an und auf den MDK, es kann manchmal mehrere Monate dauern und ja da kann es auch zur Ablehnung kommen. Wenn deine Freundin den Widerspruch dann aufrecht hält, geht es an den Widerspruchsausschuss der Krankenkasse, die schaut sich den Fall nochmal an wenn es dann bei der Ablehnung bleibt, kann Sie klagen.
