das hört sich ja jetzt weniger gut an. Ich drücke dir dennoch die Daumen, dass ein Wunder geschieht und dein Widerspruch Erfolg hat.

Hallo,
hast du deine Kur selbst beantragt oder über eine Beratungsstelle? Ich würde an deiner Stelle nochmal eine Beratungsstelle aufsuchen (findest du unter www.müttergenesungswerk.de), die können dir vielleicht helfen.
Ansonsten würde ich auf jeden Fall noch mal mit der Kinderärztin sprechen. Ist zwar schön, wenn dein Sohn so gesund ist, aber bei einem fünfjährigen Kind kann man doch immer so etwas wie Infektanfälligkeit diagnostizieren. Da du pensioniert bist, denke ich, dass du schon etwas schwerer erkrankt bist und unter den Folgen leidet doch bestimmt auch dein Sohn (bitte nicht falsch verstehen, das ist nicht negativ gemeint!). Das sollte mit in das Attest einfließen.
Ich glaube, wenn dein Mann in der GKV ist, gibt es auch die Möglichkeit, dass er für die Dauer der Kur freigestellt wird und eine Lohnfortzahlung von der GKV erhält. Da wir alle privat versichert sind, weiss ich das aber nicht so genau? Ich denke so ewtas kann die alles die Beratungsstelle sagen.
