Wie lange hat es nach Widerspruch gedauert?

Bis ihr einen positiven Bescheid hattet?

Ich habe heute den Widerspruch von dem Anwalt der kurberatung bekommen. Darin steht z.b das meine beantragte Maßnahme nicht als vorzeitig gilt da ich 2013 zur Mutter Kind Kur als Vorsorge war, jetzt habe ich aber eine Mutter Kind Reha nach Paragraph 41 beantragt.

Ich bin echt froh die kurberatung und den Anwalt im Hintergrund zu haben so einen Widerspruch hätte ich nicht schreiben können bis 28.11 hat die Kasse Zeit für eine Entscheidung allerdings schrieb er noch das es super wäre wenn es eine schnellere und vorallem positive Entscheidung gäbe.
