Man muss wie Ulnau71 schreibt, einen Zusammenhang zwischen Deinen Beschwerden und der Mutterrolle sehen. Klar kannst Du Deine Allergien reinbringen, aber welche Auswirkungen hat das auf Euch als Familie. Z.B

Ah, jetzt verstehe ich den Zusammenhang mit der Selbstauskunft, danke euch !
Auf meinem Vordruck steht jetzt nichts davon, dass noch weitere Unterlagen (oder eben diese Auskunft) benötigt werden, aber es scheint die Bewilligung ja positiv beeinflussen zu können, dann setze ich mal so etwas auf.
