Reha Kasse oder RV?

Hallo

Mich würde mal interessieren
ob ich mit 16Jahren Hausfrau und Mutter
und zweimalig abgelehnten Antrag bei der RV
mit Verweis auf Versorgungspflicht der Kasse
einen Rehaantrag bei der RV stellen kann?
Die Kasse versucht nämlich es an die RV abzugeben mit der nachdrücklichen Bitte doch beim Arzt nachzufragen
ob nicht eher eine Reha nötig ist.

Wenn mein Arzt Muster 60 mit der Notwendigkeit an die Kasse gibt, können die dann sagen nein es gibt keinen Antrag dafür ist die RV zuständig?

Beim Antrag bei der RV kann ich aber nach meinen Erkenntnissen auch nicht meine 2 jüngsten mitnehmen oder?

Wie sieht es mit den Diagnosen aus. Habe Problem im Rückenbereich, die Stress bedingt sind und auf meine Rolle als Mutter von 4 Kinder zurück zu führen sind. Die Kasse meint aber das wäre kein Grund, wenn vor Ort nicht schon alles getan wurde. Hatte jahrelang KG, mache Rehasport, Aquagymnastik auf eigene Faust.....
Reicht das nicht?
