was nun? Habe in der Zwischenzeit eine Reservierung, die Kureinrichtung braucht eine kostenübernahme-Bescheinigung. Bei der Krankenkasse kann keiner sagen wie der Status ist, da die zuständige SA im Urlaub ist.
Laut Patientengesetz gilt die Kur als genehmigt. Heißt es, mein Wunschklinikum gilt auch als akzeptiert?

bei welcher krankenkasse bist du denn? warum können die da nix sagen? bei der tk hat jeder zugriff auf die daten, es muss ja wohl ne vertretung geben für den, der im urlaub ist :kopfanwand: ruf nochmal an und frag nach, sag dennen doch auch das du was schriftliches brauchst wegen der klinik
