Weihnachtsfrieden - auch bei RV oder KK?

Hallo,

ich kenn das so vom Finanzamt, dass es einen sog. Weihnachtsfrieden gibt und in der Weihnachtszeit keine Bescheide ergehen und andere vollstreckt werden.

Wisst Ihr, ob Bescheide bei der RV oder KK in der Weihnachtszeit ergehen?
Bin gespannt, denn am Mittwoch hab ich meinen Antrag auf Wiederholung der Reha an die RV gefaxt.

Ich bekam letztes Jahr kurz nach Weihnachten meine 2.Ablehnung des Kurantrags,wenn die Post etwas schneller gewesen wäre hätte ich die noch vor oder zu Heilig Abend bekommen.
Also ich denke nich dass es bei der KK einen Weihnachtsfrieden gibt.

Bei der RV gibt es eine Regelung dass kurz vor Weihnachten keine negativen Bescheide verschickt werden.
Aber wenn Du den Antrag am Mittwoch erst gefaxt hast wird der eh vor Weihnachten nicht mehr fertig bearbeitet sein
