Ich könnte aufregen über mich. Habe grad in meinen Unterlagen den Selbstauskunftbogen von den Kurantrag gefunden. Toll, was mach ich jetzt? Der Rest ist doch schon weg. Ich habe bei der AOK auch keinen genauen sb. HILFE!!! Da landet doch gleich die Ablehnung ins Haus.
Ich werd verrückt. Aber da sieht man ja wie nötig ich dir Kur habe.

Ich würde bei der KK anrufen und fragen, wer den Antrag bearbeitet und dann den Bogen an die nun zuständige SB schicken. Ist doch total menschlich was zu vergessen, sonst müsstest du ja auch keine Kur beantragen.

Seh ich auch so, entweder vorher anrufen, an wen du es schicken sollst bzw. steht ja auch deine Versicherungsnummer drauf, dann kann man das schon zuordnen *denk*

Lass Dir die Faxnummer geben, wenn der Antrag dem Sachbearbeiter schon vorliegt und Du den Rest faxt, könnte er Ihn doch auch gleich fertigmachen und muß ihn nicht erst zur seite legen und warten!

bleib locker , das ist doch vollkommen normal.
Ich hatte bei unserer AOK Westfalen-Lippe bisher immer sehr nette und hilfsbereite Sachbearbeiter. Am besten setzt du dich morgen mit deiner Kasse in Verbindung.
