Selbstauskunft

Hallo!

Ich stehe gerade irgendwie auf dem Schlauch!!!
Habe soweit alles ausgefüllt, bis auf "Ergänzung zur Lebenssituation und deren Auswirkungen auf den gesundheitlichen Zustand". Ich finde irgendwie keinen Anfang! Was schreibe ich denn da? Vor allem so, dass es sich positiv auf die Bewilligung auswirkt!

Sorry, aber irgendwie wollen meine Gehirnzellen gerade nicht so wie ich :kopfanwand:

Kommt darauf an, wie dringend es ist ... meine Selbstauskunftsbögen habe ich auch nicht in 'einem Rutsch' ausgefüllt. Bei Fragen, die ausführlicher beantwortet werden sollten, habe ich mir etwas Zeit gelassen... überlegt, manches kurz notiert und letztendlich dann doch anders geschrieben ... meine Freundin hat mir auch schon mal dabei geholfen...

Und manchmal ist mir einfach auch was eingefallen, wenn ich mit etwas ganz anderem beschäftigt war...

So hast du zwar jetzt auch noch keinen Anfang, aber vielleicht reicht eine kleine Pause ja auch schon aus....

Habe den Bogen auch in Etappen ausgefüllt und mir bei der Frage auch schwer getan. Meine Psychologin meinte dann, es wäre gut auf die Erschöpfung, Müdigkeit und vor allem meine Gereitztheit wegen Überlastung zu schreiben. Das habe ich nun getan. Mal sehen ob es reicht.

Liebe Yvonne,
ich habe zu dem Bogen von der Krankenkasse einen dreiseitigen Brief dazu gelegt. In diesem Brief habe ich unsere Situation seit der Geburt der Zwillinge und meiner schweren Depression danach beschrieben.
Ich habe darauf hingewiesen, dass sich zwar schon einiges verbessert hat, ich aber immer noch sehr leicht erschöpft bin, wenn irgendetwas unsere feste Struktur stört.
Dann habe ich die Auswirkungen beschrieben, wie z.B. inneren Rückzug oder Ungehaltenheit, Unvermögen meine Rolle als Mutter auszufüllen, starke Grübeleien, autoaggressive Gedanken, Essstörungen usw.
Du kannst auch mal nach gestörter Mutter-Kind-Interaktion googlen, da wirst Du einiges finden, was Eure Lebenssituation viell. gut in Worte fasst und beschreibt, warum Du Hilfe brauchst.
