Kontakt mit ARGE.... nicht möglich??? Erfahrunen??

Hallo Zusammen,

nachdem ich nun den Tip bekam micht mit der ARGE Eltern & Kind Kliniken von mir aus in Verbindung zu setzen, und nicht auf deren Anruf zu warten, habe ich versucht dort jemanden an die Strippe zu bekommen. Auch habe ich eine E-Mail geschickt mit der dringenden Bitte um Rückmeldung.

Telefonisch konnte ich nur den AB erreichen, der scheinbar den ganzen Tag läuft, obwohl angegeben wird, dass die Sprechzeiten von 8:00 und bis 17:00 Uhr sind.

Eine Rückmeldung habe ich noch nicht erhalten. Ist das normal, dass die ARGE nicht erreichbar ist?

Ich habe ständig das Gefühl kostbare Zeit zu verlieren. Erst wurde mein Antrag abgelehnt, dann hat die Zusage für die Kur nach meinem Widerspruch 6 Wochen (!) gedauert und nun meldet sich niemand mit dem ich besprechen kann wann und wohin ich fahren soll! Wir haben ja die dringengende Ferienproblematik, die wohl eh schon megaschwierig ist. Da denke ich, dass jeder Tag zählt!

Wie lange hat es bei euch gedaudert, also ab Zusage bis ihr wusstet wann und wohin ihr fahrt???

PS: Ich soll ja die Kur innerhalb von 4 Monaten antreten. Nun wurden mir die Herbstferien hier im Forum empfohlen. Das ist ja einerseits auch eine Möglichkeit, aber ich muss die Kur bis 14.09. angetreten haben. Die Ferien sind aber erst im Oktober bei uns. Gibt es da Probleme???

wenn Du die Kur nicht innerhalb der 4 Monatsfrist antreten kannst, dann bitte schrifltich um Verlängerung der Bewilligung. War bei mir gar kein Problem.

Habe heute tatsächlich die ARGE erreicht und die SB meinte, dass sie das für mich regelt! Wir fahren im Oktober nach Grömitz in die Klinik Ostseedeich #D
