Mutter/Kinder unterschiedliche Krankenkassen

Hi zusammen,

habe mal eine Frage, wie ist das eigentlich, wenn meine Kinder beim Vater in einer anderen Krankenkasse versichert sind als ich? Bei unserer letzten Kur waren wir alle bei der DAK. Zwischenzeitlich war ich dann einige Wochen bei der Barmer mit Familienversichert, bin inzwischen aber wieder selbst versichert und bei der DAK. Die Kinder sind erst einmal beim Vater geblieben, auch weil es sich für die Kinder als günstiger erwiesen hat. Für mich ist Leistungsmäßig die DAK günstiger, warum auch immer...

Aber wie ist das nun mit dem Kurantrag? Beim letzten Mal waren auch meine Kinder Therapiekinder. Ich würde sie ungern nur als Begleitkinder fahren lassen wollen. Aber brauchen dann beide Kassen jeweils den kompletten Antrag? Und was ist, wenn eine Kasse ja sagt und die andere nein? Bin da gerade etwas ratlos...

Mein Fall ist immer noch am Kompliziertesten: Unterschiedl. KK und dann noch privat und gesetzlich.... :heul:

Das ist keine Problem.

Ich war bei unser Kur bei der TKK versichert und unser Sohn über den Vater bei der DAK.

Da Jonathan "nur" Begleitkind war, hat meine KK die Kosten für die Kur übernommen. Wenn Jonathan jedoch eine Therapiekind gewesen wäre, hätte die DAK die Kosten übernehmen müsse.
