Widerspruchsausschuss Rentenversicherung

Hallo,wer hat denn schon Erfahrungen gemacht mit dem Widerspruchsausschuss?
Und alles wegen mir als Begleitperson.
Ich könnt nur weinen, habe so viel Hoffnung in die Reha gesetzt. :heul:

Ständig bekommt man was anderes gesagt am Telefon bei der RV,aber nun hab ich keine Hoffnung mehr. :heul: :heul:
Der Widerspruchsausschuss wird sicher auch nichts anders sagen.

Habe mich an das Bundesversicherungsamt gewandt,aber weiß leider nicht,ob ich da eine Antwort bekomme.Hab ich noch ni gemacht. :heul:

Für welches deiner Kinder hast du denn die Reha beantragt? Hab hier schon öfters gehört, dass die RV die Kinder lieber ohne Eltern zur Reha schicken möchten aus Kostengründen. Ab einem bestimmten Alter wird es wohl schwer, als Begleitperson mitfahren zu dürfen.

Drücke dir trotzdem die Daumen, dass der Widerspruchsausschuss für euch besser entscheidet.

Habe für die Kleine beantragt....sie ist 9 und hat ADS.
Hm,das Bundesversicherungsamt hat mich gerade angerufen.

Die Bearbeiterin brauchte noch ein paar Infos,und nimmt die Angelegenheit nun in die Hand.
Denn beide Ärzte,Kinderpsychiaterin und Kinderärztin hatten es schon im Antrag vermerkt,dass ich mitfahren soll bzw. notwendig ist.
