Ratekau: Fragen zu Therapieplan, Kleidung und Abend

Hallo Ihr,
werde nun sehr wahrscheinlich mit meinen Zwillingen nach Ratekau fahren. Wer war in letzter Zeit mal da und kann einw enig berichten?

Ich würde vor allem gerne wissen, wie voll denn so ein Tag mit Therapien ist? Ich möchte voe allem wieder fit werden. Mein Rücken ist im Eimer.... und ein wenig abnehmen möchte ich auch. Wie viele Anwendungen am Tag sind sinnvoll??
Und was braucht man an Kleidung für den Tag? Läuft man "den ganzen Tag" in Joggingsachen herum? Die Packliste aus dem FAQ habe ich gelesen. Eigentlich doch alles ganz logisch - aber wie gesagt: Wie ist der praktsische Ablauf?
Und wie ist es am Abend so? Gibt es Seminare, Unterhaltung etc.? oder geht man aufs Zimmer und liest, schläft oder oder oder?

Wäre schön, ein paar Infos zu erhalten.
