hallo Sabine, da ich ja vom "med. Fach" bin, konnte Fr. SB mich nicht abwimmeln.HA hat ausdrücklich Mutter Kind Kur draufgeschrieben. Und dann hab ich der guten Frau gesagt, und d e n Antrag will ich auch!!!
Nee, ich hab schon den Richtigen, trotzdem sagte sie zum Schluß.
Na ja, den werden wir dann weiterreichen........(RV)

Deine SB hängt sich aber ganz schön aus dem Fenster ! Sie darf den Antrag ja gar nicht einfach weiterreichen.
Die KK muss über diesen Antrag entscheiden und eine MuKiKur gibts ja bei der RV auch gar nicht.

Bei mir war der MDK ja bei meinem vorzeitigen Antrag lt. Gutachten der Meinung, das mittelfristig eine Reha über die RV möglich wäre. Also eine Empfehlung oder so ähnlich ausgesprochen, aber nicht einfach abschieben, nee, dass geht gar nicht.

Ich drücke dir ganz fest die Daumen für deinen Antrag.

Hallo, beim Formular 60 gibt es zweierlei Felder: einmal wo man als Arzt eine Vorsorgemaßnahme beantragt und dann ein paar Felder wo der Reha spezifischen Anforderungen genannt sind: Teilhabe am Arbeitsleben, etc. Mein Arzt hatte auch die falschen Kreuzchen gesetzt. Nachdem ich sturr auf Mutter Kind Kuranträge behart hatte, hat die DAK meinem Arzt die Anträge zu einer Mutter/Kind Behandlung zugeschickt. Dabei waren keine Selbstauskunftsbögen usw. Und auf diesen Formularen hatte der Arzt nur sehr geringen Platz um stichpunkthaltig Diagnosen etc. zu schreiben. Ich war jetzt so frech und habe mir einen Selbstauskunftsbogen runtergeladen und einfach mitdrangehängt. Denn so ein kurzer Antrag, da ist eine ABLEHNUNG SCHON GEWISS:Aber ich kämpfe dann eh weiter.LG

Ich drücke Dir auch die Daumen, finde es nur etwas verwunderlich warum die sich so quer stellen mit der Herausgabe des Antrages. Bei meiner Freundin war es ähnlich. Sie hat bei der KK angerufen wegen eines Antrages udn dort wurde sie erstmal gefragt wer kurbedürftig sei. als sie meinte dass sie es sei, sagte die gute dame dann müsse sie ne mütterkur ohne kind beantragen....verstehe das alles nicht so recht.
ich habe bei meiner KK angerufen (BKK herkules) und am nächsten tag hatte ich ohne weiteres meinen Antrag im Briefkasten.
