Wer hat schon Kur genehmigt bekommen, die nach 4 Jahren angetreten wurde, aber 5 Monate vorher für diesen Termin beantragt wurde.

Das wäre dann eine vorzeitige Kur.
Die 4 Jahre sind dann erst rum wenn du sie am Tag des Kurantritts vor 4 Jahren stellst.
Hast du damals zb am 1. Juni deinen ersten Kurtag gehabt, dann kannst du eine Kur - wenn sie nicht als vorzeitig gelten soll - erst am 1. Juni wieder neu beantragen. Alles andere wäre eine vorzeitige Kur wo andere Regeln gelten wg. den Indikationen.

Ich hatte eine Kur nach 3 Jahren und die Letzte habe ich auch vor Ablauf der 4 Jahre gestellt und bekommen!

Bei mir hat es damals leider nicht geklappt.
Ich wußte damals nicht, dass man sich so genau an das Datum halten muss. Dachte, dass geht nach Jahren Somit war es eine vorzeitig beantragte Kur und sie wurde abgelehnt.

bei mir hat es auch nicht geklappt.ich hatte es 3-4 monate "zu früh" beantragt und kam damit nicht durch.
und ich habe es wirklich bis zum bitteren ende versucht
