Kostenerstttung der täglichen 10€

Hallo,

kann die täglich Pauschale von 10€ am Tag zum Ende des Jahres hin, nach Antragstellung bei der Krankenkasse zurückerstattet werden.

Ich kennen das von meiner Mutter...... sie zahlt zu Ihren Medikamenten in der Apotheke immer etwas dazu. Zu Ende des Jahres füllt der Hausarzt ein formular aus das Aussagt ob sie chronisch oder akut krank ist. Da sie chronisch krank ist, muß Sie 1% Ihres Bruttos von den Kosten selbst tragen. Alles was darüber ist, bekommt sie erstattet. Bei akut kranken sind es 2% vom Brutto.

Können somit diese Kosten mit dazu gerechnet werden?

ich hoffe ich kann dir weiterhelfen, bin nämlich gerade an dem ganzen Prozeß dran.

Die Zuzahlungskosten können mit zur Berechnung genommen werden. Allerdings weiß ich nicht, ob man erst am Ende eines Jahres, quasi rückwirkend, sich befreien lassen kann.
Frag doch einfach mal bei deiner Krankenkasse nach, die müssen es ja wissen!
