Hallo!
Momentan läuft der Widerspruch wegen der Begleitperson noch. Als Klinik hat die KK uns die Fachklinik Satteldüne empfohlen. Diese Klinik steht auf dem Standpunkt, dass J. dort lieber alleine zur Reha sollte. Das tut er definitiv nicht.
Jetzt habe ich die Fachklinik Borkum per Mail angeschrieben, ob dort Kinder mit Begleitung aufgenommen werden. Dort heißt es, dass sie gerne Kinder bis 14 Jahre mit Begleitung aufnehmen. Außerdem dies:
Vom Gesetzgeber her hätten Sie bis zum 12 Lebensjahr des Kindes Anspruch auf Begleitperson.
1) Wo kann ich das denn im Internet nachlesen? Weiß das jemand? Habe jetzt auf die Schnelle nichts gefunden....
2) Kann ich wohl die KK bitten meinen Sohn, statt nach Amrum auf Borkum kuren zu lassen. Auf Borkum paßt uns auch der Termin (mit Schulferien) besser. ???????

Hhm, ich kann Dir leider nicht helfen. Würde mich auch interessieren, denn ich hatte Dir auch geschrieben, dass das genau unser Problem ist....meine Tochter war mit 7 zuletzt und schon da hatte ich Theater....
Können die Dir das nicht schreiben, verraten wo es steht? Und ob es irgendwo steht? Die Klinik Kölpinsee auf Usedom nimmt auch keine Kinder alleine, auch 16jährige nicht....auch nicht mit Asthma.....Mich ärgert dass ich das nicht vorher wußte und nicht für sie mit beantragt hatte....

Ich habe nun auf Borkum angerufen. Die Mitarbeiterin will mir einen Artikel zukommen lassen, in dem steht, dass man bei Kinderrehas bis 12 Jahre einen gesetzlichen Anspruch auf eine Begleitperson hat. Da bin ich jetzt gespannt.
Außerdem schreibe ich einen Brief an die KK, dass J. nach Borkum will und nicht mehr zur Satteldüne.
Drückt mir weiterhin die Daumen. Hoffentlich entscheidet die KK schnell. Mindestens vier Wochen vor Anreise braucht Borkum die Zusage durch die bkk. Also bis zum 12.2.13!!!
